Deschutes County Real Estate Market Continues Streak in Home Sales | Published: 4/22/2016 |...

The Deschutes County market saw sales rise 11.8% and it is currently in the midst of a new upward sales trend, including 19 homes sold over the last 30 days. While sales numbers were strong, the median sales price of those homes came in at $245,000, which extended a price upswing to four weeks. Even after the rising sales numbers and the rising prices, the seven months of inventory tells us that Deschutes County is still a strong buyer's market.
